Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise Fresh, revised, and final Vetting Reports to confirm mortgage eligibility of properties, ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain MIS for all service requests received by Mortgage Management Unit.
- Oversee collection of Title Search Reports with external lawyers and Mortgage Support Team in urgent cases.
- Review and assign Deed of Mortgage, Irrevocable Power of Attorney, Redemption Deed, and other documents.
- Monitor unit members’ work progress, collect periodic reports, and inform Department Head.
- Monitor deferred Irrevocable Power of Attorney executions due to Mutation or Mortgage Permission delays.
- Supervise law officers and Mortgage Support officers according to their job descriptions.
- Provide timely progress reports and completed work updates to reporting line.
- Escalate queries and information to management within deadlines.
- Respond effectively to audit queries and observations.
- Introduce innovative ideas to enhance productivity and service levels.
- Fulfill additional incidental and assigned tasks per management decisions.
