Job Responsibilities:

  • versight of company Accounts & Finance, including monitoring and management.
  • Conducting Auditing & Budgeting activities.
  • Ensuring all financial activities adhere to accounting standards.
  • Reviewing, managing, and optimizing financial and management reporting systems for timely and relevant information to management.
  • Providing strategic and financial guidance to the business.
  • Coordinating and preparing annual budgets, monthly financial and management reports, and conducting variance analysis.
  • Managing company funds investment to meet annual return targets.
  • Supervising overall funds flow requirements and identifying investment opportunities.
  • Handling Salary Sheet preparation and related tasks.
  • Independently managing all VAT & TAX and Legal Law issues for the company.
  • Maintaining VAT-related registers as per applicable regulations and keeping records in NBR approved VAT software and MS-Excel.
  • Preparation of necessary VAT & TAX documents as required by government authorities.
  • Ensuring timely preparation, review, and submission of VAT returns to avoid penalties.
  • Proficient in Tax Return Preparation and Submission.
  • Assisting in the preparation of Annual Financial Statements.
  • Ensuring compliance with fiscal laws.
  • Performing any other duties assigned by management as needed.

Additional Requirements

  • Experience ranging from 3 to 6 years in relevant fields such as Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import, Audit Firms/Tax Consultancy, Hospital, or Clinic. Freshers are also welcomed to apply.
  • Additional Requirements: Age between 25 to 42 years.
  • Proficiency in accounting software with the ability to handle general ledger entries and prepare financial statements, along with knowledge of taxation and VAT.
  • Skilled in maintaining various financial records including Receipts & Payment Vouchers, Journal Vouchers, Cash Book, General Ledger, Bank Book, Bill Register, Debtors & Creditors Ledger, Party Payment Registers, and Employees Register.
  • Strong reporting and communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in large or multinational organizations preferred.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Proficient in English and Bengali typing.
  • Capable of thriving in high-pressure work environments.
