Job Responsibilities:

  • Confer with clients for detailed initial information, receive documents, and maintain communication for case updates.
  • Conduct relevant legal research and draft petitions/cases for matters in both High Court and Lower court.
  • Provide legal opinions on various legal issues.
  • Represent clients before courts and tribunals.
  • Coordinate with government offices such as RJSC (Registrar of Joint Stock Companies).

Compensation & Other Benefits:

  • Salary: BDT 20,000/- for the first month, increasing to BDT 25,000/- or evaluated based on performance from the second month onwards.
  • 3 months probationary period with additional benefits offered after probation.
  • Performance bonus available after 6 months or earlier based on eligibility.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

  • Master of Law (LLM) degree from a recognized institution.

Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of professional experience in a reputable Law Firm.

Additional Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience handling litigation cases specifically within the High Court Division.
  • Proficiency gained from 2 years of practice in Lower Court litigation is also essential.
