Job Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing property documents and providing legal assessments on property rights and titles.

  • Drafting security documents including Deed of Sale, Mortgage Deed, Power of Attorney, and various agreements like Loan, Lease, and Assignment.
  • Reviewing and assessing agreements, deeds, guarantees, memoranda, undertakings, and other legal instruments.
  • Offering legal opinions aligned with various laws.
  • Drafting security documents related to creating charges with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies (RJSC).

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a Law Firm environment.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in legal document drafting and vetting.
  • Proficiency in providing legal opinions and assessments related to property rights and titles.
