  • Monitor, supervise, and coordinate all administrative tasks.
  • Manage transportation and overall logistics in line with group policies.
  • Monitor and ensure the security and safety of the premises.

  • Handle conflicts with outside forces effectively.
  • Engage with various authorities, including Police, RAB, NSI, BOI, BGMEA, and environmental agencies.

  • Ensure all corrective actions are executed effectively and within stipulated timelines.

  • Successfully face certification audits to obtain necessary certificates.
  • Handle surveillance audits to ensure ongoing compliance and certification validity.
  • Initiate and undertake any other tasks assigned by management.
  • Stay adaptable and responsive to new compliance challenges and requirements as directed by the management team.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in HR, administration, and compliance roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing HR functions, administrative tasks, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams effectively.
