Job Responsibilities:

  • Review the effectiveness and efficiency of the Internal Control System and implement corrective actions.
  • Plan and monitor the regular factory visit schedule of the audit team and report to the concerned reporting/management.
  • Prepare audit plans on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for the company.
  • Report to concerned reporting/management and follow up on audit findings and recommendations (if required).
  • Conduct legal compliance audits to ensure adherence to industry regulations, environmental laws, health and safety standards, and other legal requirements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and suggest improvements where necessary.
  • Perform on-site audits in factories to verify compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assess the implementation of internal controls and operational procedures within the manufacturing facilities.
  • Identify non-compliance issues and work with factory management to develop corrective action plans.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company’s operations and ensure timely compliance.
  • Check and verify invoice figures.
  • Check insurance, sales commission, and other relevant bills.
  • Verify pro-forma invoices (PIs).
  • Process all kinds of credit, cash, and adjustment bills.
  • Analyze purchase rates with the procurement department.
  • Approve material purchase requisitions through the database and obtain top management approval for construction material requisitions.
  • Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the concerned reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting
  • CMA (Partly qualified) / CA (CC / Partly qualified) preferred
  • Professional certification in Legal / Compliance (Factory Based) preferred

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years
  • Experience in Textile and Spinning industries preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Age: 25 to 33 years
  • Preference for candidates with experience in Legal / Compliance (Factory Based), Taxation, and Internal Audit
