Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze recruitment needs and devise HR plans for the organization.
  • Develop recruitment strategies and tools to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Create and maintain a strong Employer Brand.
  • Organize induction programs for new employees.
  • Identify training needs in consultation with Divisional Heads.
  • Develop annual Training and Development plans based on feedback.
